GROUP TRAINING ~vs~ PERSONAL TRAINING 

 

With CrossFit, no personal training is needed to achieve your goals! Due to smaller classes, you will still receive personal attention from a certified coach and from fellow athletes. You will learn form and technique. The coach will then determine if the workout requires scaling. 

OLY CLASSES

 

If you want to improve your form or just get stronger, stop by our OLY class. A typical OLY class consists of a good warm up, some lifting, some resting, talking with friends, and repeat. This class is very laid back, fun, and effective! Very few CrossFit gyms have the privilege of being able to have something like this, and I can’t stress enough how beneficial and important it is to improve your strength and learn how to execute these lifts correctly. When your lifts improve, everything else follows. Please do not hesitate to pick your coach’s brain about mobility, etc.
