Ready for MURPH?

Monday, May 27, 2019 we will once again pay our respects to LT. Michael P. Murphy. For anyone who is not familiar, we do MURPH every year in honor of this man. He was a United States Navy Seal officer who was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the war in Afghanistan. He was the first member of the U.S. Navy to receive the award since the Vietnam war. He was killed on 28 June 2005, after his team was compromised and surrounded by Taliban. He was only 29. (if you seen the movie Lone Survivor with Mark Wahlberg, then you already know his story) The workout is a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run. If you`re feeling like a beast, you do it all in a 20lb vest. (if you can`t do pull ups, you can do ring rows)
