This seminar will touch base on many topics from the beginner CrossFitter to the more seasoned CrossFitter. Topics will include the lifestyle, training properly, etc. Lindy will even go over her personal programming from essential, progressive, to premium. The seminar will last approximately 3 hours. You don`t want to miss this experience!
There are two options:
Option one: Friday night competition workout starting at 7:00 pm. Also includes Saturday morning. This class will be capped at 50 athletes.
Option two: Saturday morning at 9:00 am which includes a 3 hour seminar and coaching by Lindy.
