Food for Thought


If you want to lose weight, you have to do it the right way. You don`t want to fall into "weight cycling". Your body is a machine and you must fuel the fire! Don`t get me wrong, if you want to lose weight for a special occasion and limit your calorie intake a day, it can give you results you want. But to keep it off, you need a healthy eating pattern. Weight loss begins with food first, then exercise. It absolutely is a lifestyle change. You need proper portions of the right foods with the "good" fats. Be good to your body and it will be good to you!
